“Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much”

RCDC is a non profit organization that volunteers throughout the community and surrounding areas. We host multiple events each year and raise funds to donate back to our town for its betterment. We give scholarships, donate to other local groups and encourage members of our community to serve and give back.  RCDC is always looking for volunteers.  Whether you want to join the committee or simply volunteer in certain areas we are always grateful for community involvement.  

To enhance the quality of life for Rossville citizens and surrounding communities. To work in partnership with local businesses, organizations, and community members to ensure our community remains great. To instill a sense of pride and encourage others to give back.
